Boosting Profitability and Customer Satisfaction with WERTGARANTIE

    Stage 1

More about the talk (Julian Dippold)

Julian Dippold shows how you can take advantage of the right to repair in your repair or service business with WERTGARANTIE's repair cost insurance and warranty solutions: for extra income from commissions on the policies you sell, for repairs you bill directly to WERTGARANTIE, and for satisfied customers who come back to you when they have a claim.

Since 2005, Julian Dippold has worked at WERTGARANTIE in sales to specialist retailers, first as a regional manager and, since 2014, as a key account manager. His areas of focus include sales training, tailored warranty solutions, and how specialist retail partners can boost their profit margins and customer loyalty.
