Can I bring my own booth build?
Yes, for Booth M and larger. If you have any questions about bringing your own booth build, please email us at sales@repaircon.de.
How many staff can I bring?
See the price table (tickets per package). Additional passes cost €150 net per person incl. catering & get‑together.
How do I get my exhibitor tickets and passes?
The tickets included in your booth package and any additional passes (€150 net per person) are personalized and produced in advance. As soon as possible, please email sales@repaircon.de with the names of your booth team and any additional passes you need.
When is setup?
Setup is on Friday, November 6, 2026, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Booth XL/XXL can start as early as 10 a.m.
When and where is the get‑together on the eve of the show?
On Friday, November 6, 2026, at Hafenliebe (Am Zollhafen 7, 41460 Neuss): doors open at 7:30 p.m., the buffet opens at 8 p.m., and the evening ends at 11 p.m. Everyone on your booth team with a ticket can attend, as can all networking pass holders.
Is there a hotel room block?
Yes, at the Crowne Plaza Düsseldorf-Neuss: €145/night with the code RPCN26.
Can I take part as an international exhibitor?
Of course. English-speaking contacts are available on site.
How does matchmaking work?
You get early access to the matchmaking platform and can book targeted meeting slots at your booth.
What is the booking deadline for booth packages?
You can book booth packages through October 30, 2026.
You can still book a booth while spaces last. Remaining booth spaces are available on request: just use the form on this page or email us at sales@repaircon.de.
