Are power and Wi-Fi included?

Yes. For Booth S and larger, power, Wi-Fi and booth cleaning are included in the price.

Can I bring my own booth build?

Yes, for Booth M and larger. Please submit your plans by October 10, 2026.

How many staff can I bring?

See the price table (tickets per package). Additional passes cost €150 per person incl. catering & get-together.

When is setup?

Setup is on Friday, November 6, 2026, 2 pm to 10 pm. Booth XL/XXL can start as early as 10 am.

Is there a hotel allotment?

Yes, at the Crowne Plaza Düsseldorf-Neuss: €145/night with the code RPCN26.

Can I take part as an international exhibitor?

Of course. English-speaking contacts are available on site.

How does matchmaking work?

You get early access to the matchmaking platform and can book targeted meeting slots at your booth.

Is there an early-bird rate?

The early-bird rate (−10% on all booth packages) applied until June 30, 2026, and has expired.
