What is REPAIRCON?
REPAIRCON is the trade fair for the repair industry: from smartphones and household appliances to e-scooters, e-mobility and smart electronics. This is where the entire industry meets: manufacturers, retailers, service providers and technicians shaping the future of repair together.
When and where does the fair take place?
REPAIRCON26 takes place on Saturday, 7 November 2026, at the Crowne Plaza Düsseldorf-Neuss. The hotel sits right on the Rhine in Neuss, just a few minutes from downtown Düsseldorf, and is easy to reach by car and public transport.
What does the ticket include?
Your REPAIRCON26 ticket includes admission on 7 November 2026 at the Crowne Plaza Düsseldorf-Neuss. This covers all talks, keynotes, panels and workshops.
Is catering included again?
To keep ticket prices fair, catering is not included in the ticket. Various food and drink options are available on site.
Where do I get tickets?
Tickets are available exclusively online in advance via our ticket shop (ticket.io). There is no box office on site. The “Get tickets” button takes you straight there.
Can I cancel or transfer my ticket?
Cancellation and transfer of tickets are governed by the policies of our ticketing provider ticket.io. You will find the details directly in the ticket shop.
Where do I find the program?
The 2026 program is currently being put together and is published step by step on the program page, with keynotes, panels and workshops.
Where do I get news, changes and updates?
Follow us on our social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube & TikTok). That's where you'll hear about news, changes and updates around REPAIRCON26 first.
Is the fair only for trade visitors?
The main focus is on a professional audience: our exhibitors do business B2B, meaning with companies from repair, service and retail. Anyone with a genuine interest in the industry is welcome too.
Can I bring my broken devices for repair?
No. REPAIRCON is a trade fair, not a repair café, so devices you bring along cannot be repaired on site. But there is plenty of hands-on action: try out tools and machines yourself and join our RepairContest.
Is there press accreditation?
Yes, press is always very welcome. Simply email us at hello@repaircon.de and we'll take care of your accreditation.
Getting there & accommodation
How do I get to the venue?
REPAIRCON26 takes place at the Crowne Plaza Düsseldorf-Neuss (Rheinallee 1, 41460 Neuss, Germany). By car: A57, exit Neuss-Hafen. By train & bus: S8/S11 to Neuss, then bus 843, about 25 minutes from Düsseldorf Central Station. Düsseldorf Airport (DUS) is 18 km away, about 22 minutes by taxi.
Is there parking?
Yes, around 400 parking spaces are available at the Crowne Plaza (underground garage and outdoor spaces). Please note: some of the parking is subject to a fee.
Is there a hotel allotment?
Yes, directly at the Crowne Plaza Düsseldorf-Neuss: €145 per night with the booking code RPCN26.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the Crowne Plaza Düsseldorf-Neuss is fully accessible.
