What is REPAIRCON?
REPAIRCON is the trade show for the repair industry: from smartphones and household appliances to e-scooters, e-mobility and smart electronics. This is where the entire industry meets: manufacturers, retailers, service providers and technicians shaping the future of repair together.
When and where does the show take place?
REPAIRCON26 takes place on Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza Düsseldorf-Neuss. The hotel sits right on the Rhine in Neuss, just a few minutes from downtown Düsseldorf, and is easy to reach by car and public transport.
How much does a ticket cost?
Super Early Bird and Early Bird tickets are sold out. From now on, the one-day ticket is available only at the Regular price of €35, including VAT. A service fee is added at checkout.
What does the ticket include?
Your REPAIRCON26 ticket includes admission on November 7, 2026, at the Crowne Plaza Düsseldorf-Neuss. This covers all talks and workshops, the masterclass, and the panel discussion.
Is food included in the ticket?
To keep ticket prices fair, food is not included in the ticket. On show day, the kiosk in the Jupiter Foyer serves freshly made wraps, sandwiches, and bowls from dean&david: vegan, vegetarian, or with chicken, starting at €6.80. You can pay by debit card. Coffee is free at the Coffee Bar powered by Foneday. You'll find the full menu and prices on the program page.
Where do I get tickets?
Tickets are available exclusively online via our ticket shop (ticket.io), including on show day itself. No tickets are sold at the door. The “Get tickets” button takes you straight there.
Can I cancel or transfer my ticket?
Cancellation and transfer of tickets are governed by the policies of our ticketing provider ticket.io. You will find the details directly in the ticket shop.
Where do I find the program?
You'll find the schedule with all talks, times, and stages on the program page, along with all 2026 exhibitors and topics like the right to repair.
Where do I get news, changes and updates?
Follow us on our social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube & TikTok). That's where you'll hear about news, changes and updates around REPAIRCON26 first.
Is the show only for trade visitors?
The main focus is on a professional audience: our exhibitors do business B2B, meaning with companies from repair, service and retail. Anyone with a genuine interest in the industry is welcome too.
Is the event held in German?
Yes, REPAIRCON26 is a German-language event. Most exhibitors and the entire REPAIRCON team also speak English, so you will get along fine without German.
Can I bring my broken devices for repair?
No. REPAIRCON is a trade show, not a repair café, so devices you bring along cannot be repaired on site. But there is plenty of hands-on action: try out tools and machines yourself and join our RepairContest.
Is there press accreditation?
Yes, press is always very welcome. Simply email us at hello@repaircon.de and we'll take care of your accreditation.
Will there be photography and filming at the show?
Yes. Our team, along with the photographers and video crews we hire, captures the show in photos and videos, for example for our website, social media, recaps, and announcements of the next REPAIRCON. You may appear in them. If you'd rather not be photographed or filmed, just let our team or the photographers on site know. You can also object afterward by emailing hello@repaircon.de. You'll find more details in our privacy policy.
Getting there & accommodation
How do I get to the venue?
REPAIRCON26 takes place at the Crowne Plaza Düsseldorf-Neuss (Rheinallee 1, 41460 Neuss, Germany). By car: A57, exit Neuss-Hafen. By train: S8, S11 or S28 to Neuss Rheinparkcenter, then a 10-minute walk, about 25 minutes in total from Düsseldorf Central Station. Düsseldorf Airport (DUS) is 18 km away, about 22 minutes by taxi.
Is there parking?
Yes, around 400 parking spaces are available at the Crowne Plaza (underground garage and outdoor spaces). Please note: some of the parking is subject to a fee.
Is there a hotel room block?
Yes, directly at the Crowne Plaza Düsseldorf-Neuss: €145 per night with the booking code RPCN26.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the Crowne Plaza Düsseldorf-Neuss is fully accessible.
